Thomas started his legal career as an insurance defense attorney, where he defended personal injury claims against major car insurance companies. Thomas has worked on both sides of injury cases, in the pre-litigation and litigation phases. In civil defense, Thomas defended many major casinos and companies, including taxicab companies.

Thomas launched his solo practice in July of 2010, and has has litigated hundreds of criminal matters, including major felonies all the way through trial. Thomas received a NOT GUILTY jury verdict in a sexual assault case very early in his solo career. Also, Thomas represented hundreds of personal injury victims against both individuals and corporate defendants. In 2012, Boley & AlDabbagh was founded.

Thomas’ current focus is in the area of criminal defense. He has litigated hundreds of DUI and Domestic Violence charges, including several trial victories. Thomas has litigated many Felony Domestic Violence cases where the charges were unfair or unsupported by the evidence with favorable results. Thomas also works as a trial consultant for several other law firms in the area of criminal defense and he is a State appointed foreclosure mediator.
